You may contact Or Marpe to request a donation cancellation. Requests are reviewed in line with applicable law, our policies and the status of the donation.
How to request a cancellation
- Donor's full name.
- Email and phone number for follow-up.
- Donation amount and date.
- Reason for the request (optional).
Handling your request
We review each request on its merits and respond as soon as possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the same payment method used for the donation, according to the payment processor's rules.
